Attorney Robert M. Klein

A 1981 graduate of the University of Arizona and a 1983 alumnus of Southwestern School of Law, attorney Robert Klein is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in California. A native of Los Angeles, he belongs to the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the American Bar Association, and the Braemoor Business Alliance, where he serves as president.

Attorney Klein has built his successful practice on a commitment to a high level of personal service and attention. He takes great pride in his responsiveness, working hard to answer all calls and e-mails during the same business day. He will always take your calls personally, never shuttling you to a paralegal or staff member.

Mr. Klein protects the rights of plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases, handling claims resulting from all types of negligent or wrongful conduct, including car accidents, slip-and-falls, premises liability, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, dangerous or defective products, and medical malpractice.

Attorney Klein has won verdicts or negotiated settlements in a number of personal injury and wrongful death claims, including the following:

  • $1.1 million for the children of a mother who died in a single-car rollover accident in Mexico.
  • $325,000 for the children of a father who died in a single-car rollover accident in Mexico.
